Since Spring is in full bloom we thought it would be a good idea to go out and do a little gardening. But not just any type of gardening. We decided to shake things up a little and try a few vertical garden ideas. But, of course that we had to share them with you first. And we honestly believe that we did a great job in finding some of the most beautiful and interesting looking vertical gardens. Of course, you should be the judge of that.

Why a vertical garden?

If we anticipated the question you were asking yourself, then we are doing a great job. So let us explain a little. Vertical gardening is a relatively new trend that has been taking up the world of home and garden design from all over the globe. And we say both home and garden because most of these vertical gardens can be used for both inside and outside of your home. But for this article we mainly focused on outdoor vertical gardens. For the indoor ones we will be back very soon with another article.

And now let’s get into the advantages of making and having a vertical garden. First of all, it can save you a lot of space. Which is perfect for those of you who don’t have the luxury of a big back yard. Secondly, it will save you a lot of time. Because the watering of your plants will go much more faster. Third of all it is very versatile. You can have some amazing vegetable productions to enjoy fresh from your garden. Or have a wonderful fruit garden if you’d like more of that at hand. How about growing your very own kitchen herbs so that you don’t have to buy them all the time and spend all that money? And, of course, you can simply use it as a beautiful flower garden. This will also add as a unique and beautiful accessory to your backyard.
