Bake A Pumpkin Bread

You will need the following ingredients:

– 16oz Pumpkin puree

– 3 1/2 cups not self-rising  Flour

– 1 cup Canola Oil

– 3 cups Sugar

– 4 Eggs

– 2 tsp Baking soda

– 1 tsp Baking Powder

– 2 tsp Salt

– 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

– 1 tsp Nutmeg

– 2/3 cup Cold Water

Follow the instructions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use a large bowl and the sugar, oil, pumpkin, and eggs. Use a second bowl and sift together all of the dry ingredients. Put  the dry ingredients into the first bowl. Add a little bit of water and mix thoroughly. Grease two load pans and then flour them. Pour the batter evenly into the two pans. Bake for approximately one hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center is clean when removed. Cool in the pans on a rack for 10- 15 minutes and then turn the loaves out of the pans and let cool completely. Wrap loaves in foil until time to serve. Enjoy!!!
