DIY Bacon & Cheese Burger Dip

Do you love burgers?! What a silly question, everyone in the world love burgers?! But how about something a little bit different this time?! A delicious and also easy to make DIY recipe that is made using the same ingredients as the burgers! You can use this DIY bacon & cheese burger dip as snacking when you are watching the game or even a good movie. So, lets grab all the necessary ingredients and make this delicious DIY idea.

You will need the following ingredients: half of pound of ground beef, one small diced onion, six strips of bacon, cut into pieces, one chopped clove of garlic, some cream cheese (not from the fridge, at room temperature), half of cup of sour cream, 1 / 4 cup of mayonnaise, half of cup of shredded Mozzarella cheese and half of Cheddar cheese, two tbsp of ketchup.

Follow the instructions: Start by preheat your oven to 350 F. Take a medium size pan and add two tbsp of olive oil. Put the pan over medium heat. Add the ground meat. Cook the meat until its done. Drain all the grease from the meat. Now add the bacon strips in the same pan and cook it until it becomes crispy. Drain all the oil using paper towels. Set as aside. Now add the onion in the pan and cook it for approx. 5 to 7 minutes. Add also the garlic for approx. one minute. Take a safe bowl and add a layer of ground beef, now the bacon, after the garlic with the onion, also the cream cheese, the sour cream, mayonnaise, the Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese and the ketchup. Put it in the preheated oven and bake it for half of hour or until golden brown. Enjoy!!!
