DIY Delicious Breakfast Egg Muffins

Tired of waking up every morning and eat the same kind of breakfast day in day out? Well why not mix things up with this delicious DIY recipe? Even if you don’t do it every day, a simple but different breakfast meal will make everyone in your family start the day with a smile… The beauty about this DIY egg muffins recipe is that you can be able to pull it with very minimal ingredients.

 You will need the following ingredients: 12 eggs (dependends ends on the size of your muffin tin), half of cup ham (diced), cheese sauce, lettuce, half cup of milk, one and a half cups of “Original Bisquick” mix, three tbsp vegetable oil, half a cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, 12 “English Muffins”.

 Follow the instructions: Start by preheating the oven to 400°F. Pick a cooking spray and spray the baking muffin tin with it.  Break the eggs in the muffin tin and add a lettuce leaf on every tin. Take a large bowl and add in the milk, “Bisquick” mix, cheese, ham and stir all together. When it all mixes well, pick a spoon and put the mixture in every tin (evenly though). Your meal is now ready for baking, use between 18 to 22 minutes, this is enough time to get everything cooked up well and the muffin to turn golden brown. Remove your egg muffins from the oven and let it cool for five minutes. Serve it while it’s warm. Enjoy!!!
