DIY Delicious Rigatoni Pasta Pie

Love pasta?! Love also cheese? Lets try and make a delicious DIY recipe that will make your taste “run” wild: DIY rigatoni pasta pie. This recipe is very easy to make and although its pasta you will love it and will make it over and over again.

You will need the following ingredients: one pound of rigatoni, two tbsp of olive oil, one pound meet (chicken, pork – your choice), chopped garlic, 1 tsp of salt, black pepper to five taste, a can of tomatoes (crushed), one cup of Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese other spices to give taste.

Follow the instructions: Start by boiling the pasta. Make sure that you boil the pasta accordingly with the instructions on the pack but less with 3 minutes (ex: if its says to boil the pasta for 7 minutes you will boil it for 5 minutes). Drain the pasta and add on top of it one tbs of olive oil. Use a large skillet. Add one tbsp olive oil and on top the ground meat. Cook it over medium heat. Add also the spices and garlic for taste. Cook it for 5 minutes. Now add the can of tomatoes. Cook it until the paste becomes thick. Preheat your oven up to 400 F. Butter your oven pan. Add the Parmesan cheese over the pasta. Coat the pasta well. Put the pasta vertically in the oven pan. Add the sauce on top of the pasta. Put it in the oven for approx. 15 minutes. Now add also the Mozzarella cheese. Put it back in the oven for another 15 minutes. Take it out, let it cool for a while and serve!!! Enjoy!!!
