Mini sausage wreaths can be for any occasion especially the Christmas season for kids and the whole family. They are fun to make easy and very fast. Another thing that should be noted is that they are so delicious and you will end up eating it in no time. In order to make the mini sausages wreath a successful one you will need to have the following ingredients:

1        Mini Sausage roll

2.      Crescent Dough Rolls that are refrigerated overnight

3.      Red Bell Pepper

4.      1/2 cup Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

5.      5 and a third tablespoons or 1/3 cup Butter

6.      1/2 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce

7.      2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Begin by preheating the oven to 375°F). As the oven is heating make sure that you drain the liquid off of the mini sausages. Then unroll the crescent dough, create 4 similar triangles by separating at the perforation. Using the palm of your hand press together the remaining perforated in each rectangle. You will need to make a rectangle lengthwise into 8 strips which will make a total of 32 strips using a kitchen knife of any cutting object. At this point pick mini sausage after the other and wrap them with your strips of dough. By creating a wreath shape laid out the crescent-wrapped sausages on their sides make sure that they touch on an greased cookie sheeting a circle. Let them bake for 11-15 minutes or until they turn into golden brown. Melt 5 and a third tablespoons or 1/3 cup butter then sprinkle the 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped using a soft brush, brush on top of the crescent-wrapped sausages. For dipping you will need to burn a red bell pepper into a bowl.  Then take cranberry sauce and combine it with the BBQ sauce using a small saucepan heat in low temperature, stirring until heated through. Serve with wreath while still hot.
