DIY Delicious Spinach Pie

This Spinach Pie looks so delicious. Only by watching it invites you to taste it. You will need the following ingredients for the dough and also for the stuffing. For the dough you will need: 500 grams of flour / 95 ml olive oil (extra virgin) / 210 ml of warm dry white wine / 2 tablespoons of salt. For the stuffing you will need: 350 grams boiled spinach / 370 grams ricotta cheese / 1 egg / 100 grams Grana cheese / salt and pepper for taste / breadcrumbs. First of all preheat oven to 180 C (356 F). Take a big plastic bowl and mix the dough ingredients. Until you prepare the stuffing cover the bowl with a kitchen towel. For the stuffing: start by boiling the spinach and eliminate all the water from it. Cut the boiled spinach with a knife and after that add the ricotta cheese and mix well. Add also the egg. Now, add the Grana cheese and give taste with salt and pepper. Mix everything well. Divide the dough in two equally part and create two circles. Take the first circle, “spread” it and put it on baking paper. Take the breadcrumbs and spread them on the dough. Take the stuffing and create two circles from it: a little one and another one a little bigger (see photo). Spread the second circle of dough making a dough sheet and place it on top of the stuffing. Put a little water into a bowl and using a fork attache the borders of the dough. Take a small round bowl and put it on the the middle of the top sheet dough. Use the same fork and punch the dough around the bowl. Take a knife and start cutting the dough borders in slices (approx. 3 centimeters). Take the slices and turn them to 90 degrees. Bake the spinach pie for about 30 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Enjoy!!
