DIY Homemade Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza Balls

If you just came home and you need to make a quick dinner or appetizers or even after school snacks than this is the perfect DIY recipe for you: DIY bacon cheeseburger pizza balls. You will need: 10 – 12 refrigerator biscuits, half cup of mozzarella (shredded), half cup of Cheddar cheese (shredded), half cup hamburger pieces (browned), a quarter cup of crispy bacon bits, salt and pepper for taste, onion powder, egg white (beaten) and grated Parmesan cheese. Instructions:  Preheat your oven to 425°F. Take the refrigerator biscuits and flatten them adding on top the followings:  shredded mozzarella, cheddar cheese, the hamburger pieces and also the crispy bacon bits. Give taste adding salt, pepper and the onion powder. Take the edges of the refrigerator biscuits and gather them on top by pinching them together. Add a cooking sheet into a pan and add the pizza balls on top of the cooking sheet. Use the egg white and brush the pizza balls. Take the Parmesan cheese and sprinkle it on the top of the balls. Bake for approx 20 minutes or until the pizza balls turn golden brown. You can serve them with garlic and sour cream, ketchup or pickles. Enjoy!!!
