Fried Onion Rings

This is so easy to make. You will need the following ingredients: 1 big onion, flour, salt, egg, milk, bread crumbs, frying oil, wheat flour. Put the frying oil into a frying pan. Cut the big onion into splices and separate the slices into onion rings. Using a bowl mix one tsp flour, one tsp salt and 3/4 cup of bread crumbs. Into another bowl mix 1 1/2 of milk and one egg. Incorporate in the first bowl this mixture using a fork. Start to dip the onion rings into this mixture trying to cover them well. Fry the onion ring in the frying oil until they have a golden color. Put the onion rings on a paper towel to remove the oil. Enjoy!!!

how much milk because i did the 1 and half cup from following the picture as well as instructions and it was really runny and didnt stick to onions at all

well that comment got removed so i will say it again the recipe with the pictures is very confusing

  4. Andy says:

if you follow the directions mixing the wet with the dry it is very runny and does not coat the onions at all and the pictures show the milk being poured over the onions and also being mixed with the dry ingredents so does the milk and egg go over the onion first or into the dry first

To me it looks like you soak the onion slices in the milk then dredge in flour mixture, then fry them.
